How we work

A documented gas turbine brokerage process.

Turbine deals involve confidential assets and serious money. We keep the process simple and documented so every party knows who they are dealing with and on what terms.

The process

Whether you are buying capacity or selling equipment, the steps are the same.

  1. Initial conversation

Tell us what you need or what you have: platform, quantity, site, timeline, fuel. No confidential details needed yet.

  2. NDA

We put a mutual NDA in place before any unit serial numbers, locations, documents or pricing are exchanged.

  3. Authorization and terms

We confirm title or written seller authorization, and agree agency or commission terms in writing before introductions.

  4. Documentation and quotes

Seller quotes, maintenance records, hours and inspection information are gathered from the source and passed through intact.

  5. Introduction and close

We bring buyer and seller together, support diligence and inspection, and stay engaged through the transaction.

Brokerage principles

Confidential by default

NDAs come first. We don’t shop equipment publicly or circulate a seller’s information without permission.

Authorized parties only

We work with title holders and authorized seller representatives. We do not take broker-on-broker introductions.

Terms in writing

Agency and commission arrangements are documented up front, so there are no surprises at closing.

Need dispatchable power on a data-center timeline?

Tell BJ what you need — megawatts, site, schedule, fuel — and we’ll start the search under NDA.
